OBAGI Nu-Derm System
The flagship OBAGI system — a comprehensive, prescription-based skincare regime that works at the cellular level to correct hyperpigmentation, improve skin tone, and promote a healthier, more youthful complexion. Results are typically visible within 18 to 24 weeks of consistent use.
Hydroquinone
A prescription-strength skin-lightening agent used to treat hyperpigmentation, melasma, and post-inflammatory dark spots. Hydroquinone works by inhibiting melanin production, gradually fading discolouration for a more even complexion.
Tretinoin
A prescription-strength retinoid derived from vitamin A, tretinoin accelerates cell turnover to smooth fine lines, refine texture, reduce pore appearance, and improve overall skin clarity. One of the most evidence-backed actives in skincare.
Retinol
A gentler vitamin A derivative suitable for those new to retinoids or with sensitive skin. OBAGI retinol formulations are designed to deliver visible improvements in texture, tone, and fine lines with a lower risk of irritation.
OBAGI Blue Peel Radiance
The OBAGI Blue Peel Radiance is a superficial, salicylic acid-based chemical peel that exfoliates the top layers of skin to improve tone, texture, and clarity. It is particularly effective for acne, hyperpigmentation, and fine lines, with little to no downtime — making it one of our most popular in-clinic treatments.
What it treats
Acne and congested skin, hyperpigmentation and dark spots, fine lines and surface texture irregularities, and dull or uneven skin tone.
The procedure
The in-clinic treatment takes approximately 30 minutes. You may feel a mild, temporary tingling or burning sensation as the peel is applied — this generally subsides within a few minutes. Most patients find the treatment very comfortable.
Downtime & aftercare
For most patients, there is little to no downtime. You may experience minor dryness, redness, or light flaking in the five to seven days following treatment. Sun protection is essential during the recovery period.
Course of treatment
A course of four to six sessions is recommended for best results, spaced at appropriate intervals as advised by your clinician. Many patients choose to combine the Blue Peel Radiance with an OBAGI home skincare regime for enhanced outcomes.
